QUY ĐỊNH BẢO HÀNH

I. Điều kiện được bảo hành.
1. Tất cả các sản phẩm do Công ty cung cấp đều phải có tem bảo hành của HOÀN MỸ + tem của nhà phân phối hoặc nhà sản xuất.
2. Sản phẩm còn nguyên vẹn. Mã vạch số Series còn đầy đủ.
3. Tem còn trong thời gian bảo hành (thời gian bảo hành được ghi rõ trên tem).
4. Các sản phẩm có tem và phiếu bảo của nhà phân phối được bảo hành tại nhà phân phối.
5. Đối với CPU có tem bảo hành chứng nhận, phải có FAN zin đi cùng.
6. Tất cả dòng Mainboard CPU socket 1150, CPU socket 1151, CPU socket 2011, MAINBOARD AMD SOCKET AM2+ , AM3 , FM2- … khi bảo hành phải có nắp đậy Socket.

II. Các trường hợp không được bảo hành.
1. Thiết bị không có tem bảo hành.
2. Thiết bị bị biến dạng, vỡ hoặc rách nát…
3. Tem bảo hành có mã vạch số seri bị rách nát, mờ hoặc có dẫu hiệu sửa chữa.
4. Thiết bị bị va chạm hoặc rơi rớt bể, mẻ hoặc cong bị phù tụ (HDD bị nứt, bể cổng cáp, CPU bị mẻ cong chân, rỉ chân vào nước, có dấu hiệu cháy nổ.
5. Thiết bị có dấu hiệu cháy nổ, thiết bị đặt trong môi trường bị oxi hóa.
6. Thiết bị có dấu hiệu côn trùng, chuột bọ phá hoại hoặc các tác nhân khác (đất, nước, cát, bụi) xâm nhập.
7. Hư hỏng do thiên tai, hỏa hoạn hoặc do vận chuyển không đúng cách.
8. Sử dụng nguồn điện không ổn định, bị sét đánh.
9. Không bảo hành các thiết bị phụ như: mực in, đầu phun, đĩa CD/DVD, HDD box, headphone, kính lọc, mousepad, cable, fan, remote……… không bảo đảm dữ liệu khi bảo hành các thiết bị lư trữ.
10. Không bảo hành các PHẦN MỀM cài đặt.

III. Cam kết bảo hành
– Thiết Bị Số Hoàn Mỹ cam kết thực hiện đúng quy định bảo hành trên và bảo hành tất cả các thiết bị mà cung cấp và phân phối đủ tiêu chuẩn, đủ điều kiện bảo hành của hãng. Nếu có thay đổi chúng tôi sẽ thông báo tại cửa hàng giao dịch và trên website www.thietbiso.net.vn.
– Khi tiếp khách hàng đến bảo hành, nhân viên chúng tôi luôn ân cần đón tiếp với thái đô niềm nở, nhiệt tình, thân thiện đúng theo tiêu chí 3C của Hoàn Mỹ đó là: Chào hỏi – Chăm sóc – Cảm ơn.
– Luôn nỗ lực để có các sản phẩm trả bảo hành cho quý khách trong thời gian sớm nhất. Nếu có sự thay đổi hẹn trả bảo hành sản phẩm chúng tôi sẽ liên lạc với quý khách hàng và chủ động gọi điện cho khách hàng khi sản phẩm đã hoàn trả từ nhà sản xuất – phân phối sớm hơn thời gian hẹn trả. Tùy theo từng sản phẩm mà chúng tôi có thể hỗ trợ cho khách hàng mượn tạm sản phẩm khác về sử sụng cho tới ngày nhận sản phẩm đã được bảo hành (nếu có thể).
– Tất cả các thủ tục, quy trình nhận, trả bảo hành đều được thực hiện tại địa chỉ trụ sở chính và chi nhánh.
– Làm đúng các thủ tục bảo hành: Tất cả các sản phẩm bảo hành đều được kiểm tra tình trạng trước khi nhận bảo hành. Các sản phẩm nhận bảo hành đều có phiếu bảo hành.
